The challenge
The CM Trophy is Tamil Nadu's largest state-level multi-sport championship, running for three consecutive editions across 2023, 2024, and 2025. Each edition involved thousands of athletes, coaches, referees, and government officials — spread across multiple cities and venues simultaneously. City-wise coordination, participant-zone matching, and live operational oversight had to run in parallel without a single overlap or escalation reaching the client.
