The challenge
The Khelo India Youth Games is a national sports initiative by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, demanding hospitality at the highest standard of precision. Multi-venue operations across Tamil Nadu, strict hygiene and timing protocols, real-time accountability to ministry officials, and a layered participant structure — athletes, technical officials, ministry delegates, and media — meant every operational decision had to be pre-planned and zero-deviation.
